Reconstructing complete bacterial genomes is crucial in microbial research, offering detailed insights into genetic content, gene ontology, and regulation. Accordingly, our objective is to compare data generated by Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) using three sequencing strategies_Native Barcoding, RAPID Barcoding, and a custom-developed method combining ligation and PCR Barcoding against data from PacBio and Illumina(NextSeq).
